Mr & Mrs Shadlock - Healing Manor - 24th September 2022
It was a day of love, laughter and emotion as friends and family came together to celebrate with the new Mr & Mrs Shadlock
I first met Dave in 1990 (let that amount of time sink in!), we were a pair of 11 year olds starting life at Grimsby's premier educational establishment Hereford School and spent our school years playing sports and trying to stay out of trouble - after not really staying in touch since college I started bumping into Dave during lockdown when I was on a massive health kick, I would be running around peoples park (like New Yorks Central park, but in the centre of Grimsby instead of Manhattan) whilst Dave would be getting other people to run around the park through his role as a personal trainer, I quickly joined him on a few 'bootcamps' which involved me crawling on the sand at Cleethorpes beach in the snow and nearly puking up whilst running through some woods. Epic.
Dave then asked me to meet Claire as they were getting married and were looking for a photographer. I am so pleased they chose me and Charlotte. It was an honour to have been trusted with getting the pics from someone I have know for such a long time.
The day itself was incredible - Healing manor looked stunning and the staff there were brilliant.
