Mrs & Mrs Masters - Chesford Grange Hotel - 28th May 2022
Congratulations to Lois & Cerys who put on a brilliant day for friends and family as they tied the knot at the very busy The Chesford Grange Hotel
It was a special day for myself as it was mine & Charlottes 5th wedding anniversary and it was lovely to celebrate that by shooting a beautiful wedding with lovely people (and Will).
Things that happened:
A handful of people seemed to get drunk VERY quickly.
The magician can do things with a pack of cards that I could only dream of.
The tomato soup with sweet chili was the hottest/spiciest thing I have ever eaten at a wedding. And maybe in my entire life!
The wedding organiser just suddenly announced the speeches as we were setting up our cameras. Looking forward to the edit already!
Charlie, a younger guest, was fashioning weapons out of sticks and a rock. He showed me his armoury of knives and spears.
The wedding was full of musicians ( I kept my own musical skills and background quiet - its not always about me!). There was a great band which coupled with some very drunk people made for a cracking dance floor later on
Drunk people cant slice a communal cheesecake with any decorum
£8 for two cokes is an absolute scandal
All in all a very memorable and enjoyable day - big shout out to Lois & Cerys who pretty much did everything themselves apart from the duo Louis and Lucy, magician Owen Strickland Magic, and the band Soul matters
Thanks for having us - looking forward to sharing our anniversaries in the future
